Safety Standards by COVID 19

With reference to the current events, economic, financial, social and political crises surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, we would like to inform you that:

We are taking measures to protect the health of our team members in relation to the unprecedented situation and risks of COVID-19. We resolved; Through videoconferences, teleworking and multisessions, as well as virtual offices, the need for staff to come to our offices.

Regarding the Musical Promotion Funds, the international ERD Music Fund is available to countries, national, provincial, municipal and municipal governments that require it: all over the world. All of our resources are focused on supporting and supporting the artistic community.

Normas de Seguridad por COVID 19

Con referencia a los eventos actuales, las crisis económicas, financieras, sociales y políticas en torno a la pandemia del Coronavirus, nos gustaría informarles que:

Estamos tomando medidas para proteger la salud de los miembros de nuestro equipo en relación a la situación y riesgos sin precedentes del COVID-19. Resolvimos; mediante videoconferencias, tele trabajo y multisesiones, como también oficinas virtuales, la necesidad de que el personal acuda a nuestras oficinas. 

ERD Music, ErMusic TV, radio, prensa, agencias y asociados, como también LYS Group y todas sus divisiones continuamos operando pero con todo el personal en sus hogares y en cuarentena, hasta tanto no exista un riesgo vital, más allá de las decisiones políticas en cada país y region.

No vamos a poner en riesgo la vida o la salud, de nuestro personal, socios, miembros, clientes, proveedores; como tampoco la del público en general. La empresa ya se ha comunicado días atrás para transmitir seguridad y tranquilidad a todos nuestros equipos y personal respecto de la continuidad de la relación laboral, con los mismos horarios e ingresos, y esperamos simplemente que respeten la cuarentena, su seguridad, la de sus familias, seres queridos y la de todos a su alrededor.

Sin excepción, la seguridad y la salud de nuestros colegas y empleados es nuestra principal prioridad. Por lo tanto, hemos recomendado que todos los empleados que puedan trabajar desde casa lo hagan. Esto se aplica a todas las ubicaciones. 

Nuestros colegas han aceptado esta oferta en su totalidad, y la gerencia se ha encargado de que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos para trabajar desde casa.

Respecto de los Fondos de Fomento Musical, el ERD Music Fund internacional está a disposición de los países, gobiernos nacionales, provinciales, municipales y alcaldías que lo requieran: en todo el mundo. Todos nuestros recursos están enfocados en apoyar y brindar soporte a la comunidad artística.

Las instituciones culturales, escuelas, academias, universidad, terciarios, centros de formación y particulares que necesiten fondos o ayudas; lean toda la información, contarán con 

-Contrato discográfico y un acuerdo de distribución global. 

- No ceden derechos de ningún tipo. 

- Pueden hacer uso de nuestros logos y marcas. 

- Acceden a fondos NO REEMBOLSABLES para la promoción de su música y contenidos, como también tiendas de venta de música y merchandising, si contribuyen con un 5% del total del contrato que les ofrecemos, para destinarlo a otros artistas o instituciones. Queremos premiar la SOLIDARIDAD. Si contribuyen con otros, devuelven solo un 5% del adelanto de fondos y no la totalidad como en un contrato normal.

Si utilizan nuestros hashtags #ERD #ERD25 #ERDMusic #ERDFund #ErMusicTV y comparten las listas de música de su género musical favorito, contribuyen con la promoción de todos los artistas, productores, discográficos y demás involucrados en cada producción artística. Cada lista cuenta con 200 videos promocionados. Muchos de ellos monetizan en Youtube y reciben ingresos por publicidad. Muchos incluyen en sus videos links a tiendas de venta de música y merchandising.
